The Cape May County Association of Realtors offers both our Association members as well as the general public the very best service and information possible.Cape May County Association of Realtors (CMCAOR) - in conjunction with the Cape May County Multiple Listing Service - located in the southern most part of New Jersey - covers one of the most scenic and historic areas of the state, with seashore resort towns of Cape May, Stone Harbor, Avalon, The Wildwoods, Strathmere and Sea Isle City, in addition to lovely bay-front and rural inland areas.
Under the auspices of the National Association of Realtors and the New Jersey Association of Realtors, CMCAOR provides services to help its 1,600+ members become more profitable and successful. In the last few years, the association has grown in membership from the official classification of a small to a medium-sized board.
Annual Association events include a Golf Tournament, coordinated by the Golf Tournament Task Force, proceeds from which fund seven (7) college scholarships awarded to local high school graduates. The Community Services Committee oversees charitable fundraising activities such as a cruise and silent auction that fund Habitat for Humanity and C.A.R.A. Kids (Coalition Against Rape & Abuse). The Governmental Affairs committee, in addition to monitoring legislative issues, interviews and endorses selected political candidates.
Educational activities include general membership meetings, technical instruction, GRI classes and various industry seminars. The annual awards dinner recognizes members who achieve the Circle of Excellence award.
