Sassafras Design is run by Michael L.B. Lacy, an award-winning Art Director with over 25 years of expertise producing advertising, publications, websites and other marketing and design projects. His work has won multiple Governor’s Awards for Excellence in Tourism Marketing from the state of New Jersey, multiple HSMAI Adrian awards, and numerous other design awards.Sassafras Design currently produces annual visitor publications such as the Southern New Jersey Vacationer and the Jersey Cape Vacation Guide. Michael has also previously produced projects such as the NJ Travel Guide, and contract publications for the ACCVA, Miss America, and the LPGA.
Clients have included: the Southern Shore Tourism Council, the Cape May County Department of Tourism, Cape May County Government, the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce, the Cape May City Chamber of Commerce, the College of NJ, Rowan University, BF Goodrich, and many other companies and organizations.
