Travel & Leisure explores the Jersey Shore

In last July’s issue of Travel & Leisure writer’s Matt Lee & Ted Lee discover the unexpected joys of the mid-Atlantic’s underdog state, from Cape May to Asbury Park. The 13 page article is filled with beautful pictures of the shore and highlights our quirky yet lovable nature. Large pull quotes gush that “the history of American leisure begins with the founding of Cape May, the nations first seaside resort” and “the more NJ felt like home to us, the more we became enchanted and drawn to the coast...”. Its nice to see some positive press for our region and the state in general. Our DMO has been very successful in encouraging travel writers and editors to come down and discover what we already know... this is a special place to live or even just to visit.
