DELAWARE BAY -Every spring nearly one million migrant shorebirds stop to feed on horseshoe crab eggs along the beaches of the Delaware Bay.This phenomenon is the second largest gathering of shorebirds in North America but is considered most spectacular because of its concentration.The Delaware Bay hosts the largest population of horseshoe crabs on earth.
